Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services offered via betcasino-ca.com (referred to as "Casino" for the purposes of this document). By creating an account, accessing, or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms as amended from time to time. If you do not agree, you must not use the services. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions applicable to betcasino-ca.com.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Operator means, depending on your location:
    • Casino Operations ON Ltd., licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and operating under an agreement with iGaming Ontario (iGO), in respect of play by individuals located in Ontario, Canada; and
    • Casino International N.V., licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC) and by the Curacao Gaming Control Board (GCB), in respect of play by individuals located in the rest of Canada (RoC) and any other permitted jurisdictions.
  • Casino means the online gaming service and any related content, products, or features made available through the website located at betcasino-ca.com.
  • Website means the domain https://betcasino-ca.com and any subdomains through which the Operator provides services to players in Canada.
  • User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Website and/or registers an account and participates in games or otherwise uses the services.
  • Account means a personal, unique account registered by a User on the Website for the purpose of accessing and using the services.
  • Services means the online casino, betting, and related services offered on the Website, including but not limited to slot games, table games, live casino games, and any promotional or loyalty programs.
  • Bet or Wager means any amount of real money, bonus funds, or other value staked by a Player on an outcome offered through the Services.
  • Game means any casino game, bet, or gambling product made available on the Website.
  • Bonus means any promotional value offered by the Operator, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback, or loyalty rewards, which may be subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
  • Bonus Funds means funds credited to an Account as part of a Bonus, which are not directly withdrawable until all applicable conditions are met.
  • Real Money Balance means funds deposited by the Player or resulting from cash winnings that are available for withdrawal, subject to any checks or limits.
  • Wagering Requirements means the total amount that must be bet using Bonus Funds or a combination of Bonus Funds and Real Money Balance before Bonus Funds and/or associated winnings become withdrawable.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) means the identification and verification procedures required by the Operator, applicable laws and regulations, and regulators (including AGCO, iGO, KGC, and GCB), including the collection and verification of documents.
  • AML (Anti-Money Laundering) means applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures aimed at preventing money laundering and terrorist financing, including obligations related to FINTRAC (Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada).
  • Self-Exclusion means a voluntary action by a Player to restrict access to the Services for a defined or indefinite period as a responsible gambling measure.
  • Ontario Site Segment means the regulated platform operated for Players physically located in Ontario under AGCO and iGO oversight.
  • RoC Site Segment means the offshore platform operated for Players located in the rest of Canada by Casino International N.V. under Kahnawake and Curacao licenses.
  • Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in the jurisdiction of the relevant Operator.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 19 years old to create an Account and use the Services in Ontario or other Canadian provinces where 19 is the minimum legal gambling age, and at least 18 years old in any province or territory where 18 is the legal minimum. In all cases, you must satisfy the higher of: (i) 18 years; or (ii) the legal gambling age in your location.
  • Location: You may only use the Ontario Site Segment if you are physically located in Ontario at the time of play. You may only use the RoC Site Segment if you are physically located in another Canadian province or territory where online gambling is not prohibited and where the Operator accepts play.
  • Legal Capacity: By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
  • Prohibited Persons: Employees of the Operator, its group companies, key suppliers, and certain close relatives, as well as persons listed on any exclusion or prohibition list under applicable regulations, may be restricted from play as required by law or policy.

Account Creation Process

  1. Registration: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing accurate, current, and complete information including, at a minimum: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information required by the Operator.
  2. Email Verification: You must verify your email address by following the instructions sent by the Operator. The Operator may restrict access to the Services until your email address is verified.
  3. Location and Identity Checks: The Operator may use geolocation tools to determine your physical location and may restrict access to certain games or the Website if you are outside a permitted jurisdiction.
  4. KYC Documentation: Before permitting withdrawals, increasing limits, or at any time deemed necessary for regulatory or risk reasons, the Operator may request KYC documents, which may include:
    • Government-issued photo identification (e.g., passport, driver's license);
    • Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement not older than three months);
    • Proof of ownership of payment methods used (e.g., bank card copy with masked digits); and
    • Any additional documentation required to comply with AML, CFT (counter-financing of terrorism), and regulatory obligations, including FINTRAC reporting requirements where applicable.
  5. Single Account Policy: You may maintain only one Account per person on the Website. Multiple Accounts, false identities, or impersonation are prohibited and may result in closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of funds or bonuses subject to applicable law and regulatory instructions.

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of Data: You must ensure that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and you must promptly update your details if they change. The Operator may suspend or close your Account if it reasonably suspects that provided information is inaccurate or misleading.
  • Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login details (username, password, and any multi-factor authentication methods). You must not share your credentials with any third party.
  • Unauthorized Use: You are responsible for all activity on your Account. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use, you must immediately notify the Operator at [email protected] and change your password.
  • Compliance: You agree to use the Services only in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws and regulations, and any conditions imposed by the relevant regulator in your jurisdiction.
  • Responsible Gambling: You confirm that you are participating for entertainment purposes and accept the risk of losing money. You agree to use available responsible gambling tools and external support services (such as ConnexOntario and Responsible Gambling Council) as needed.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Placing Bets

  • Game Rules: Each Game has specific rules and payout structures. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules and paytables presented within the Game interface.
  • Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by Game and may differ between the Ontario Site Segment and RoC Site Segment. These limits are displayed in the Game interface and may be adjusted at the Operator's discretion, subject to regulatory constraints.
  • Bet Confirmation: A Bet is considered placed when it has been accepted by the Operator's servers and appears in your Game history or Account records. Once accepted, a Bet generally cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player.
  • Use of Balances: When you place a Bet, the stake will be deducted from your Real Money Balance and/or Bonus Funds in accordance with the applicable bonus mechanics. The specific order of deduction will be indicated in the bonus terms or help section.
  • Random Number Generator (RNG): For applicable Games, outcomes are determined by an RNG which is independently tested and certified in accordance with AGCO/iGO standards for Ontario and KGC/GCB requirements for RoC. You acknowledge that all outcomes generated by the RNG are final and binding, subject only to error or malfunction.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • Player-Initiated Changes: Once a Bet has been confirmed, you may not cancel, reverse, or modify it unless such functionality is explicitly provided within the relevant Game interface.
  • Operator-Initiated Cancellations: The Operator may cancel or void a Bet or Game outcome where:
    • a technical failure, system error, or malfunction occurs (including misconfigured odds, incorrect game parameters, or intermittent connectivity issues) that materially affects the outcome or display of the Game;
    • the Bet was accepted after the outcome was known or was otherwise clearly erroneous;
    • fraud, collusion, cheating, or other prohibited conduct is suspected or detected; or
    • required or directed to do so by a regulator (including AGCO, iGO, KGC, or GCB).
  • Refunds in Case of Voided Bets: If a Bet is voided:
    • the stake may be returned to your Account; or
    • the Game may be rolled back to a prior state, in which case your balance will be updated to reflect the prior state, as applicable.
    Any such adjustments will be made in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and game rules.

Conduct in Live Casino and Chats

  • Respectful Behaviour: When participating in live casino games, chat rooms, or any interactive features, you must:
    • refrain from insults, harassment, threats, or hate speech;
    • avoid discriminatory language or behaviour on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected ground; and
    • respect dealers, other players, and staff at all times.
  • Prohibited Actions: You must not:
    • use the chat or any in-game communication tools to promote other websites or services, solicit funds, or advertise;
    • share personal data of yourself or others in chat beyond what is necessary for normal interaction;
    • attempt to gain unfair advantage (including collusion, exploitation of bugs, use of unauthorized software, robots, or device manipulation); or
    • engage in any form of money laundering, suspicious transactions, or activity inconsistent with legitimate play.
  • Moderation and Sanctions: The Operator may monitor communications and, where appropriate and lawful, retain records to comply with regulatory and AML obligations. The Operator may mute, restrict, or ban you from chat, void Bets, or suspend/close your Account in response to violations.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Activation

  • Offer Communication: Bonuses may be communicated on the Website, via email, on-site banners, or through targeted offers. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions (the "Bonus Terms") which will be presented at the time of the offer or in the dedicated bonus section at https://Casino.com/en-ca/bonus-terms, as adapted and applied to betcasino-ca.com.
  • Opt-In Requirements: Some Bonuses require explicit opt-in (for example, checking a box, entering a bonus code, or clicking "Claim"). If you do not opt in correctly, you may not receive the Bonus.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted by jurisdiction (Ontario vs RoC), product type, game category, or Player segment. The Operator may apply eligibility checks to comply with AGCO/iGO marketing standards and with KGC/GCB conditions.

Wagering and Timeframes

  • Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific Bonus Terms:
    • welcome or deposit match Bonuses will typically have a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount, the deposit plus Bonus amount, or another clearly stated metric (e.g., 30x Bonus);
    • free spins may carry wagering requirements on winnings derived from such spins; and
    • cashback and no-wager rewards may have reduced or no wagering requirements, as stated in the offer.
  • Contribution by Game Type: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example:
    • slot games may contribute 100% of the stake;
    • table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% - 20%) or not at all; and

    Prohibited Games and Actions

    • Betting Patterns: The following actions may be considered Bonus abuse and may result in Bonus cancellation, confiscation of associated winnings, or Account closure, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements:
      • placing high-value Bets or significantly increasing stakes after a win, while reducing stakes after a loss ("reduced risk wagering" in contravention of stated rules);
      • using minimal-risk strategies (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette simultaneously) to meet wagering requirements;
      • delaying game rounds, "saving" game states, or using other tactics to exploit Bonus structures; or
      • colluding with other players or multiple Accounts to fulfill wagering requirements.

    Combining Promotions

    • One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active Bonus may be held at a time in your Account balance. When you claim a new Bonus, any existing Bonus may be forfeited if not completed, as specified in the Bonus Terms.
    • Non-Stacking of Offers: Bonuses cannot typically be combined with other promotions, loyalty rewards, or cashback unless the applicable terms expressly allow stacking or combination.
    • Right to Withhold or Adjust: The Operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or adjust a Bonus where it reasonably believes that:
      • a Bonus has been credited in error;
      • you are in breach of these Terms, the Bonus Terms, or applicable regulations; or
      • the Bonus structure results in a situation that undermines fair play or regulatory objectives.
      Any such actions will be undertaken in accordance with AGCO/iGO, KGC, and GCB requirements.

    Payments & Withdrawals

    Deposit Methods

    • Available Methods: The Operator may support various deposit options, including but not limited to:
      • credit and debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard), subject to issuer policies;
      • e-wallets and payment processors (e.g., Interac, popular e-wallets where supported);
      • bank transfers; and
      • approved cryptocurrencies, where permitted under applicable law and regulatory conditions.
      The specific methods available may vary between Ontario and RoC, and by Player location and verification status.
    • Ownership of Payment Methods: You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. The Operator may request proof of ownership and may reject or reverse deposits from third-party or anonymous instruments.
    • Fees and Limits: The Operator may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day, or per timeframe, and may charge processing fees where allowed by law and disclosed to you before completion of the transaction.

    Withdrawals

    • Withdrawal Requests: You may request withdrawal of available Real Money Balance using the withdrawal options shown in your Account. The Operator may, where feasible, process withdrawals via the same method used for deposits (the "closed loop" principle) to comply with AML and regulatory requirements.
    • KYC and AML Checks: Before processing withdrawals, the Operator may:
      • verify your identity and address using KYC documentation;
      • request additional documentation to ensure compliance with AML and FINTRAC reporting obligations; and
      • monitor and review your transaction history for suspicious activity.
      • Failure to provide requested documentation may result in delayed or denied withdrawals, subject to applicable legal obligations regarding the treatment of funds.
      • Processing Times: The Operator aims to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable time, typically within 1 - 3 Business Days after all required checks are satisfactorily completed. Actual receipt of funds may depend on the processing times of banks, payment providers, or blockchain networks and may therefore take longer.
      • Withdrawal Limits: The Operator may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, or per defined period, which may differ based on your status, jurisdiction, and payment method.

      Refunds, Adjustments, and Bonuses

      • Deposit Refunds: Refunds of deposits are generally not provided unless required by law, regulation, or in the case of a verifiable error or unauthorized transaction. Where refunds are made, the Operator may deduct any processing fees incurred.
      • Bonus-Related Withdrawals: Withdrawals of funds associated with Bonuses may be subject to completion of wagering requirements and compliance with the applicable Bonus Terms. If you request a withdrawal before meeting such requirements, the Operator may:
        • cancel the active Bonus and associated winnings; or
        • process only the withdrawable Real Money Balance, excluding restricted Bonus Funds.
      • Erroneous Credits: If funds or Bonuses are credited to your Account in error, you must notify the Operator immediately and you must not use such funds. The Operator may reverse such credits and adjust your balance accordingly.

      Limitation of Liability

      Operator Obligations

      • Fairness and Compliance: The Operator:
        • will operate the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements in Ontario (AGCO/iGO) and, for RoC, with the conditions of KGC and GCB licenses;
        • will use certified RNGs and approved game providers to ensure fairness of Game outcomes; and
        • will take reasonable steps to maintain accurate records of Bets, transactions, and balances.
      • Accuracy of Information: While the Operator endeavors to ensure the accuracy of information presented on the Website, minor typographical or display errors may occur. In such cases, the Operator will correct the information and, where necessary, adjust transactions affected by clearly erroneous data in a manner consistent with applicable regulations.

      Exclusions and Limitations

      • No Warranty: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
      • Technical Failures: The Operator is not liable for:
        • any downtime, interruptions, delays, or technical failures of the Website, Games, or networks beyond its reasonable control;
        • losses arising from failures of your devices, internet connection, or software; or
        • incomplete or delayed transactions caused by third-party providers (such as banks, payment processors, or telecommunication companies).
      • Indirect and Consequential Loss: To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising in connection with your use of the Services.
      • Maximum Compensation: Without limiting any mandatory legal rights you may have, and except in cases of fraud or willful misconduct by the Operator or as otherwise required by law:
        • the maximum aggregate liability of the Operator to you in relation to any single Bet or Game outcome is limited to the amount of the Bet or wagered stake associated with that particular Game; and
        • for all other claims arising from or related to your use of the Services within any 12-month period, the Operator's total liability to you will not exceed the lower of (i) the net deposits made by you in your Account during that period; or (ii) CAD 10,000, unless a higher limit is mandated by applicable law.

      Regional Compliance Note: These limitations are applied only to the extent permitted by the governing law and do not limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Canadian federal or provincial law.

      Intellectual Property Rights

      All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and Services are owned by the Operator, its group companies, licensors, or third-party suppliers.

      • Limited License to Use: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website and Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
      • Prohibited Uses: You must not, without prior written consent from the Operator:
        • copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any part of the Website or Services;
        • distribute, share, sell, resell, publish, or otherwise make available any content, software, or Games to third parties;
        • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software, except where such activities are expressly permitted by applicable law and then only after providing prior written notice to the Operator;
        • remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or
        • use any automated means (such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access the Services, except as permitted by the Operator for regulatory or compliance purposes.

      Privacy & Data Protection

      The Operator is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws in Canada and the relevant licensing jurisdictions.

      • Privacy Policy: The collection, use, and disclosure of personal data (including KYC data, transaction records, and gameplay information) are governed by the Operator's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. You should review the Privacy Policy available at https://Casino.com/en-ca/privacy-policy, as adapted for and applied to betcasino-ca.com.
      • Regulatory and AML Obligations: Personal data may be processed for:
        • compliance with AML and KYC obligations, including reporting to FINTRAC and other competent authorities where required;
        • regulatory reporting and oversight by AGCO, iGO, KGC, and GCB; and
        • responsible gambling monitoring and interventions.
      • Your Responsibilities: By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

      Changes to Terms

      Updates and Notification

      • Right to Amend: The Operator may modify or update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, regulatory guidance, technical or security improvements, or business needs.
      • Notification Methods: Where material changes are made, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify you, which may include:
        • posting the updated Terms on the Website with a revised "effective date";
        • displaying an in-site banner or pop-up on login; and/or
        • sending an email notification to the address associated with your Account.
      • Review and Acceptance: Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any updated Terms will be deemed acceptance of the changes. You are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current conditions.

      Right to Discontinue Use

      • Disagreement with Changes: If you do not agree with any updated Terms:
        • you must immediately stop using the Services; and
        • you may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any eligible Real Money Balance, subject to applicable KYC and AML verification.
      • Transitional Measures: Any Bets placed prior to the effective date of revised Terms will continue to be governed by the version of the Terms in effect at the time the Bet was placed, to the extent necessary to comply with regulatory and legal obligations.

      Termination & Suspension

      Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

      • Grounds for Action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, restrict your access to certain Services, or otherwise impose conditions where it reasonably believes that:
        • you have breached these Terms, any Game rules, or Bonus Terms;
        • you have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information;
        • you are involved in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal or prohibited activity;
        • you have engaged in collusion, cheating, or abuse of Bonuses or promotions;
        • you have requested self-exclusion or are subject to a self-exclusion program or regulatory prohibition; or
        • required to do so by AGCO, iGO, KGC, GCB, FINTRAC, or another competent authority.
      • Temporary Suspension: Where necessary to investigate potential breaches or suspicious activity, the Operator may temporarily suspend your Account, freeze funds, and restrict withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

      Player-Initiated Closure

      • Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. The Operator may provide options for temporary breaks, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion in line with responsible gambling policies.
      • Remaining Funds: Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance that is not subject to a dispute, investigation, or regulatory hold will, where permitted by law, be returned to you using an appropriate payment method, subject to applicable verification procedures.

      Effect of Termination

      • Cancellation of Bonuses: Upon termination or closure of your Account (whether by you or the Operator), all active Bonuses, Bonus Funds, and associated wagering requirements may be cancelled unless required otherwise by law or regulator instructions.
      • Outstanding Obligations: Termination does not affect:
        • any obligations or rights that have accrued prior to the date of termination (including unsettled disputes and regulatory reporting); or
        • any provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination (including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law clauses).
      • Notification: Where legally required or appropriate, the Operator will notify you of Account closure or suspension using the contact details associated with your Account and will provide a summary explanation, unless this would compromise an ongoing investigation or regulatory request.

      Governing Law & Jurisdiction

      Applicable Law

      • Ontario Players: For Players accessing the Ontario Site Segment:
        • these Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein; and
        • regulatory oversight is provided by AGCO and iGaming Ontario in accordance with their respective mandates.
      • Rest of Canada (RoC) Players: For Players accessing the RoC Site Segment:
        • these Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws applicable in the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake and, as relevant, the laws of Curacao, subject to any overriding mandatory provisions of Canadian federal or provincial law; and
        • regulatory oversight is provided by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and the Curacao Gaming Control Board under their respective frameworks.

      Dispute Resolution

      • Internal Complaint Procedure: If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the Services:
        • you should first contact customer support at [email protected], providing full details and relevant evidence;
        • the Operator will acknowledge receipt within a reasonable time and aim to resolve your complaint as promptly as practicable, typically within 30 days, subject to the complexity of the matter and regulatory rules.
      • Ontario Regulatory Escalation: If you are an Ontario Player and are not satisfied with the Operator's resolution:
        • you may escalate the dispute via the iGaming Ontario player dispute process at https://igamingontario.ca/en/player/player-disputes; and
        • you may consult resources provided by AGCO at https://agco.ca/status for license status and further information.
      • Kahnawake and RoC Regulatory Escalation: If you are a RoC Player and remain dissatisfied after exhausting the Operator's complaint process:
        • you may submit a complaint to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission via its portal at https://gamingcommission.ca/complaints.htm; and
        • you may also review the list of licensed interactive providers at https://gamingcommission.ca/interactive.htm.
      • Court or Arbitration: Subject to any mandatory dispute resolution procedures imposed by AGCO/iGO, KGC, or GCB:
        • Ontario Players may bring proceedings in the courts of Ontario, which will have non-exclusive jurisdiction; and
        • RoC Players may bring proceedings in the competent courts of the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake or other competent courts as permitted by applicable law.
